Students will receive their E-learning within 48 hours of sign up
REFUNDS
- Receive a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase
- Only a partial refund will be received after 48 hours
- No refunds are given 48 hours prior to course start date
CLASS REQUIRMENTS
- ALL E-learning MUST be complete prior to confined and open water sessions. Failure to do so will result in the inability to complete the scheduled confined/open water sessions. No refunds will be given. Participant may choose a later scheduled course, given that there are openings, but will be charged.
- Students are expected to be respectful of instructor and others. If the instructor deems someone of being disrespectful, they reserve the right to remove the student from the class without refund
- Student under the age of 16 are REQUIRED to have an adult present with them at all times
- If you fall ill or have an emergency that makes you unable to attend your class, please contact the instructor immediately.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Those who are not on time may be asked to reschedule their class at an additional expense.
- If you do not complete requirements for your certification, you may schedule a date and time with your instructor to complete the requirements at an additional expense.
- ALL forms must be completed and submitted 48 hours, at the latest, prior to class. Any student missing ANY form will not be able to attend the class. No refund will be given.
SAFETY
Safety is of the utmost importance. Any behavior performed by a student that is deemed unsafe by the instructor may be asked to leave without a refund.
LAKE PHOENIX
- Students are responsible for provided waivers to be submitted to instructor prior to arrival
- Any costs associated with Lake Phoenix (parking, etc.) are the responsibility of student
- Students are required to have their own transportation
FOOD &WATER
- We are a single use plastic free business. Please bring a REUSABLE water bottle with you
- Food and snack will not be provided, please bring your own.
